Welcome back! Let’s get this party started shall we?
First up, Theresa Mombers set Birds and Blossoms is full of beautiful images!
For this card I simply stamped the flower/butterfly image, colored it in, cut out a shaped base and then paper pieced the butterfly so it’s wings were off the page. A quick, easy peasy card which was a lot of fun to color! Of course, if manually cutting isn’t your thang you could always check out the cut file to go along with this set! ;) The cardstock is GKD pure luxury kraft and dark chocolate. I love the browns with this…very earthy.
Next is Becky Oehlers set Spoon Me. I love the name of this set, and all of the adorable, fun images inside!
For this card I used Becky’s adorable camera and polaroid photo images. I sliced the slot in the camera so I could slide the photo in it to make it look like it was coming out of the camera. Of course one of the divas had to be in the photo (the divas love to have their pictures taken!). I love all of the hearts in the Spoon Me set too! I’m really having a blast with this set and you will too!
The background on the card above uses Tami Mayberry’s set, Simple Hearts, and as luck would have it Tami’s is the next set we’re showing today!
I love Tami’s set, in particular that great background image. This card uses Gina K. color companions Cherry Red ink and Red Hot double stitched ribbon. Looking at this card makes my heart happy!
