This card uses the A WISH FOR YOU mini set in this pack along with Tami Mayberry’s Simple Flowers set.   Buttons, paper and ink are all Gina K. Designs!

Here’s a card using the YOU’RE THE SWEETEST mini set and the new Summer Brights patterned paper!

Another made with the YOU’RE THE SWEETEST mini set with a little bit of Beth Silaika’s Lots of Dots!

This card is my favorite of the bunch…it uses FISHING YOU THE BEST along with some FISHY FIESTA patterned paper!

Last but not least is a super easy card made using the Only God set with the new A WISH FOR YOU mini set as a pretty background image.

There are 4 mini sets in this StampTV kit {A wish for you, Fishing you the Best, Summer Blooms (not shown here), You’re the sweetest} along with 24 sheets of pure luxury card stock, 1 summer brights 6×6 paper pack, 8 years of ribbon, 1 bag of brads, 1 binder sheet and a storage box to keep it all together.  Say What?!  That.Is.AWESOME!

The challenge was to make a card/project with at least 2 layers and with a sentiment as the main focus.

As luck would have it, the Only God stamp showed up in my mailbox yesterday and I couldn’t WAIT to ink it up!How awesome is this stamp??  And how BEAUTIFUL is the patterned paper behind it?!  It is part of a new pack called Watercolor Garden!  Holy Smokes this paper paired with GKD black onyx is just stunning IRL.

Truly a 5 minute, minimal card that seems like so much more!  I thought about adding ribbon or more layers but kept it simple so you could see that not much is needed!

Well, here we are at the last day of the hop showing you A little Something and The Darling Divas!  YAY!

Here is a card I made using Green Thumb Diva.

I love using the silhouette cut files with the divas.  Mostly because I’ll cut a handful of divas out, stamp and color  them all at one time so I have them to grab and go when I’m in need of a quick card!  This is one of those cards!  I slapped on some dp, added the sentiment and then to make it pop added that adorable arrow from Cammie’s Stamp it Big 2 set!  The silhouette files really make it easy to pull of a CAS (quick) card with a colored in Diva!

Here we have Mr. & Mrs. Diva..the diva set perfect for the newlyweds!  I didn’t have a lot of time to make this card, to be honest.  The wedding dress was a cinch to decorate with an epi glue pen and some glitter!  This card really pops and shines IRL.  I only wish I had blinged out the rock in the corner…I probably will before I give it to the Mr. & Mrs. I have it planned for!  Last, but not least, is Rainy Day Diva!  Perfect for the rainy day we are having in the Northeast today and perfect for a friendly pick me up!  I always try to add sentiments in these sets that I would use on any given day and ‘It’s just one of those days’ is something I say far too often.  lol.  See that pennant on the left?  That is from Stamp it Big 2 stamped onto GKD patterned paper from Spring Parade with a GKD black button on top!

And here is a card I made using A Little Something, the one-free-with-3 set!

This set is so whimsical and fun..perfect for an any occasion type of card!

I hope you’ve been enjoying the hop so far!  Here are a couple CAS cards using Beth’s Weather or Not set!I LOVE this card.  I love the simplicity..the colors…the sentiment.  Perfect for a quick pick me up!  Gina posted on facebook (I believe) the copic colors that match her color companions…so I was able to color the umbrella to match the patterened paper from Gina’s Spring Parade patterened paper pack!  Swoon!Beth’s set is full of fun images and I had to include the lightning bolts with this card…I see them and think SHAZAM!  I threw in rain drops from Rainy Day Diva on this card but you could easily use the cute rain drops she has in her set!

Next up is By the Sea 2 by Theresa Momber!

I was going for a look here and not sure I achieved it.  But I’ll share it with you anyways!   Ribbon and buttons are Fresh Asparagus from Gina K.  I love those chairs in Theresa’s set…with the Thinking of You sentiment..perfect combo! Another card using Theresa’s set By the Sea 2.  Theresa’s images look gorgeous colored or black & white!  For this card I embossed the sail boat and sentiment and then colored it in with copics.  I love the sentiment!  There’s that zig zag again with Simple Flowers!  And isn’t that ribbon pretty?  Find it at Gina K. Designs!

Happy Day 2 of the GKD Blog Hop…today we are showing you Simple Flowers and Stamp It Big 2!  First up..Stamp it Big 2!

Here is Mr & Mrs Diva in their love nest…such a happy home!  Cammie’s set is full of fun, bold images that make for great quick cards!  I have used images from her set in many of my cards..whether it is the main focus, or the perfect add-on her images are the perfect touch!  I stamped the house image on GKD kraft, ran it through the cuttlebug, cut it out and then exacto-knifed the heart.  Mr. & Mrs. Diva love their abode!  See that zig zag that almost looks like grass?  That is from Tami’s Simple Hearts set!

 Tami’s Simple Hearts set is awesome as a main focus or adorable background .  I paired these images with GKD color companions ink and wham bam a quick, cheery background. I added the zig zag (love the zig zag!) instead of running a ribbon along the side and then just added a bow.  The tag and sentiment are from Tami’s All Occasion Tags 2!

Last but not least is a simple card and one of my favorites (although over enhanced in photoshop perhaps?  The color is kind of off).  Images & sentiment are from Simple Hearts!

Today we are showing you Pretty Patterns 2 and Bold Blooms!  I’ve had lots of fun with both of these sets!  I’ve blogged a few cards using pretty patterns 2 here and this card is a card I showed at the release party on Thursday night!

So easy to make a bright, colorful background using Melanie’s Pretty Patterns 2 and Gina K. Color Companions ink!  Have I mentioned how IN LOVE I am with the new Black at GKD?  Look how beautiful that ribbon is and check out the polka dots (also in this set) and the HI stamped with Stamp it Big 2!  It’s fabulous!

Next up I have a card to show you using Becky’s Bold Blooms!  I showed you a different take using this set here.I am really pleased with the way this card turned out.  And it couldn’t have been any easier.  That gorgeous flower from Becky’s set stamped in GKD Black Onyx (I used the mask that Becky has in her silhouette cut file to mask the flowers for this very easily).  The sentiment is stamped in GKD turquoise sea and I added some of that purty turquoise sea ribbon to match!

Yesterday I sneaked Green Thumb Diva and now I get to show you the remaining new Darling Divas, a series of mini sets (available in rubber) I’m releasing through Gina K. Designs!  I have also created silhouette cut files for each Diva set available for only $.99 at Gina K. Designs!

First up, Rainy Day Diva!

Rainy Day Diva can weather any storm!  For this card I used the Silhouette cut file that I created for this set (and all diva sets) and stamped Miss Diva on GKD pure luxury white and colored in with copics.   I love the look that the cut file creates popped up on dimensionals.  While Rainy Day Diva has her own cloud to contend with in the set, for this card I used Beth’s giant cloud from her new set, Weather or Not!   And I love the way the diamond pattern, from Melanie’s new set Pretty Patterns 2, looks stamped in versamark on the charcoal card stock.  And see that pretty pink ribbon?  That’s called passionate pink and will be released tonight at the release party!  Ooo yea!

Next up is Mr. & Mrs. Diva…yes, I said MR!

I love Mr. & Mrs. Diva.  LOVE.  I used the silhouette cut file again on this one and bling’ed her OUT!  Sha-Zam!  The Mr. isn’t that into the bling, unless it’s on the Mrs.  This set includes sentiments for Congratulations as well as Thank you…perfect TO the couple or FROM the couple.  I know I have 2 big weddings this summer to go & be in and Mr & Mrs Diva will be making an appearance at both! (That pretty ribbon is a new GKD ribbon as well!…swoon!)

And just because I don’t like any of the divas to feel slighted on this day..I’m showing you Green Thumb Diva one more time!

I have to admit, I made this card primarily to show off Melanie’s new set, Pretty Patterns 2 at the release party tonight…but Green Thumb Diva just looks so good hanging out in all the summery goodness of this card.  So, I decided to show it here today…JUST BECAUSE.  ;)  The paper, inks, ribbon and button are all GKD!  Shazam!

 I’ve got 3 more divas to show you..but only 1 to be peaked at right now!   Green Thumb Diva!   For all of those green thumbs out there (I’m missing mine)…this diva’s for you!

Miss Diva is rockin’ with some images from 2 other sets in this release…the zig zag stitch from Tami Mayberry‘s Simple Flowers set and the background flowers from Becky Oehlers Bold Blooms set!  Swoon!

You are catching a glimpse at some new GKD color companion colors as well…(isn’t that pink pretty?!)

 If you haven’t seen this adorable Gina K. StampTV kit called Spring Parade, here’s a snippet of it!  There are THE cutest images in this kit!

For this pinterest-inspired card I used Gina K. pure luxury kraft  as a card base, strung bakers twine around it and then added the main image panel.  I stamped the scene on a square piece of GKD pure luxury white cardstock and then cut it into sections and adhered it to another piece of GKD white on dimensionals.   Clean, simple and oh so easy..and cute!
